Had my first dinner with them October last year.
This year, I was invited to sit in the same table, with the same people. We’ve strategized, talked about how the business will run.
Exchanged stories about the difference between the Filipino culture vs Australians culture. Got to know each other on another personal level, and made work relatively easy.
It’s a different conversation when you sit on the winners table. Looking forward for more. 🤍
My friends and I were exploring the neighborhood when we came across this coffee shop. I’m not a big fan of coffee, but my friends are coffeeholic.
Picture muna bago nila masira ang hero-shot namin. 😂🫠
We just wanted to have an aesthetic photo. We all knew how the hero-shot photography works given that we all worked with photographers for food. But for some reason, we can’t get a perfect shot, so we just settled for these photos.
They have different board games and card games that you could choose from, but we’re all tired using our little brains, so we settled for UNO cards. ✨
Waiting for some seats to be available for the five of us.
A running inside joke since forever: Pang mahirap lang yung taste natin.
That’s why whenever we can’t think of anything to eat, or not craving for anything in particular, our go-to fastfood would be Mcdo and Jollibee. But lately, marugame would always be one of the top options when the question, where to eat?, pops up.
My marugame favorite, Yakiniku. Before, I would always order karaage, Tonkatsu, or katsudon. As a Tokyo Tokyo person before, those were the familliar food my tongue looks for.
However, when I was introduced to marugame, I can definitely eat one bowl of yakiniku.
I’m a picky eater, so when I try something and my palate likes it, I stick to it until another new favorite comes replacing it’s place.
Any recommendations for a Japanese cuisine that’s worth a try are welcome. ✨
My phone is heating up, again. Storage is almost full, as usual, and it’s begging for me to remove those files that takes up too much space.
I’ve visited Globe earlier this month to check on the available phones that I can get together with a plan. Went to a Power MAC store as well to compare the difference. Found one I liked, but I always apply my two week rule before buying anything that is not a necessity. Eventually, I decided my phone is still in good shape, so buying a new phone will be moved down from my checklist.
Anyway, dumping photos from my phone. ✨
Went on a grocery run, and decided to buy ingredients for the nachos we’re both craving for.
I thought I just needed the chips, cheese, and the ground pork, but learned it needed more. 🫠
Aside from the nachos chips, we bought fries for a twist. Once the ingredients were cooked, and mixed together, we ate half of it until we realized we’re already both full, and our cravings were satisfied.
I got a lot of scolding for being scared of the oil splashing out of the pan, but it was all worth it when we’ve shared the chips while watching a movie.
I’ll give you my whole heart, for my whole life.
I’ve been feeling all sort of emotions for the past few days. Tired, sad, happy, idgaf era, and so much more. Two weeks in, the nausea is still manifesting. Cravings decreased, and just feeling sleepy all the time.
It’s the weekend! No matter how accustomed I was on spending friday nights, and the weekends out, my goal is to just sleep the whole weekend. It’s okay, my girlies. It’s okay to rest, be unproductive, and just disconnect for awhile. It’s okay to charge yourself.
We’ll be back. Once our mind and hearts are well rested, the game will come back strong.
Hugs to all my girlies.
I remember hanging out, and deathly hallows 2 literally just started. He saw how focused I was on the screen, and just watched with me. Asked a few questions because he already forgot a few things, but he just held my hand and watched with me.
3 AM cravings. Treat me because you made me go out while in pajamas.
He looks up grinning like a devil
